Overview

The goal of Real Chemistry's Business Resource Groups (BRGs) is to create safe spaces for people, to connect them within and across under-represented populations, and to provide visibility throughout the organization.

Real Chemistry needed a scalable design system for their BRGs, something that would allow each to shine and be a strong collective identity. The BRG visual identity would be used across all forms of internal and external media, and would need to dovetail that of Real Chemistry itself.

Concept
Employees are the DNA of the organization. And the ripple effect of their impact is infinite.

My manifesto and concept were born from this sentiment. Add elements of RC’s dynamic branding, and we’ve got a visual identity sure to captivate the attention of both internal and external audiences!
